Our Kids & Family Surf Camp in Praia da Luz is perfect for families with children from 6 years. 5 days of surf coaching, comfortable apartments with pool and garden, small groups (max. 1:4 ratio) – everything you need to conquer the Algarve waves together.
Parents and kids surf together, but everyone gets the attention they need. Our experienced coaches make sure everybody feels safe and has fun – from standing up on the board for the first time to riding your first green wave.

From what age can kids join?
From 6 years – as long as they can swim confidently and feel comfortable in the water.
Do we need surfing experience?
No! We coach beginners and intermediate surfers. Just let us know your level when booking – we’ll take care of the rest.
Do kids and parents surf together?
Yes, you’re on the same beach – but we aim to have separate coaches for kids and parents so everyone gets the right level of coaching.
What if the weather is bad?
We choose the best and safest conditions every day. In case of extreme weather we reschedule the session or offer alternatives (e.g. surf theory, yoga, excursions). For full cancellations you’ll receive a full refund.
Is the equipment included?
Yes! Surfboards (soft-top for kids), wetsuits and lycras are included. You only need to bring swimwear, sunscreen and good vibes.
Can we book accommodation without surfing?
No, the package always includes 7 nights accommodation + 5 days of surf lessons. Missed sessions cannot be refunded.
What do we do on the 2 days without surfing?
Relax by the pool, visit Lagos, spend time at the beach, enjoy the playground & BBQ – or simply explore the Algarve with your family.
