we are looking forward to welcome you. Please below read our Terms and Conditions before Proceeding with the Bookings. 

For certain bookings, no payment is taken at the time of booking. Instead, your card details are securely stored with our payment provider, Stripe. By confirming your booking, you authorize us to charge the outstanding balance at a later time, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Sale and the booked services.
 

 
Specific Terms & Conditions for Bookings during Summer and Fall
Our accommodation in Summer & Fall are only bookable in a packages together with activities, which can be our Surf & Climb Courses & Trips. If you book accommodation only without activities we will decline your booking as these activities are mandatory in Summer & Fall. You can book directly on our website through the Camps options. If you prefer an individualised package, we are happy to send you some suggestions.

General Terms & Conditions
Once you have confirmed the booking, a 20% deposit has to be paid within 7 days. 

The rest of the payment will be arranged on arrival – sorry, but we do not accept credit cards. It will be fine to pay in Euro upon arrival. A number of cash machines are available, although some only allow withdrawals of 200€ (maximum 400 € per day), so we recommend you to bring (part of) the cash with you. 

Activities
If you book a non private activity we need a minimum of two or three guests - depending on the activity- to form a group course. If the amount of people is not available we have to postpone or cancel your activity or you can book a private lesson/course. 
As our activities depend on nature the times for the trips and classes might have to be changed - in these cases we get in touch with you therefore it is important that you provide correct contact details and check your mail account/ messages on the phone. 

There will be a charge of the following amounts of the total holiday price if you cancel your trip with ASA Algarve Sea Adventures LDA:

20% of the total holiday price if you cancel more than 30 days before departure,
50% of the total holiday price if you cancel 8 to 29 days before departure
80% of the total holiday price if you cancel 4 to 7 days or less before departure
100% of the total holiday price if you cancel 3 days or less before departure.
We recommend to arrange a travel insurance in case you book and cannot make the trip for any reason.
